Proactive Remote support

Working on the principal of 'prevention is better than cure', our proactive support package is designed to minimise the chances of network and server failures and limit the duration of any downtime that does occur. We perform regular network health checks remotely giving you a 'Virtual Engineer' to resolve issues before they impact on your business.

Some tasks we perform remotely are;

With our “Proactive comms check” we monitor manage AND backup the configuration of your communications devices such as routers and firewalls etc.

Reactive Remote support

Our reactive support provides fast and effective resolution of network problems. We take ownership, identify the fault and take the necessary remedial actions to restore service. We provide access to our multi-vendor support team and escalation into the manufacturers' technical assistance centres if required.
The main areas covered under a software support contract are Operating Systems and Application Support specialising in critical network applications such as messaging, backup and Anti-Virus.
